DELIVERY DAY

We expect you have read and agreed to the following

ON THE DELIVERY DAY

• We will call you in the morning to let you know approximate time of arrival at the address
• We will call you an hour or 30 minutes before arrival at the address
• Delivery charge include delivery to the ground floor
• Additional floors without lift will be charged £5-£10 per floor depending on the number of items and weight
• Please make sure that lift in your building is wide/tall enough to accommodate the items
• Please let us the lift dimension in your building/apartment to make sure it will accommodate the items
• It is your (as a Customer) responsibility to make sure the items will fit in the lift
• If you are not sure about the size of the boxes please contact us.
• Assembly services if bought will sometime need bit of help so will need a person at the address to help if needed

DELIVERY DAY CHECK LIST

• You have the correct amount if you paying cash on delivery
• Please make sure you have the correct number of items and boxes
• Make sure color and size is and correct as ordered
• Check for item delivered intact and not damaged or missing any parts
• Glassed OR mirrored items should be checked before the delivery team leave the address
• Delivery team will be able to show you all products are intact, undamaged before leaving the premises

IMPORTANT

• Once the delivery team have left the premises we will not be held liable for any damaged items
• Please report any damages missing items as soon as possible
• Any missing or damaged items reported after the delivery team have left charge will be applied for coming back to the address
