BEFORE ORDER

PROCESS:

Once you have place the order, the order goes to the delivery team who will keep in touch with you on delivery day.

  • We aim to deliver same day if order has been made in good time before finalising the route for the day
  • Rout decision time is 10am – 13:00am
  • Order made out side these hours are aimed to delivered Next day to upto 3-5 working days for London and surroundings
  • If your post code is not covered within our delivery zones please contact us
  • You can find out whether your post code is covered or not by placing the order online and entering correct post code
  • We will call you before loading your order to confirm still go ahead signal
  • We will call you an hour or 30 minutes before arrival at the address
  • Delivery arrival time will be scheduled in accordance with any delivery notes left by the customer

BEFORE ORDER  PLEASE MAKE SURE:

  • Know your space, please make sure you have measured your space, we will provide dimensions in cent e of (cm) meter and mil e of meter (mm)
  • Its your responsibility to provide correct address with correct post code, contact number and full name
  • Please note that sale person might not have the updated stock information at the time of sale, we will let you know in some rare cases where stock has not been updated at the time of sale or we found out goods are damaged or missing parts, in this case we reserve the right to cancel your order and let you know.
  • Choose your size accordingly, making sure the item will fit in
  • Bed size are UK standard
  • Wardrobes have different sizes prices vary through size
  • Chose your colour
  • See all the images for the product
  • Sometime important information will be visible on the image
  • Are you comfortable with assembly (putting together) as most of our products are flat pack and need assembly
  • If you need an assembly service it will be an extra cost not included in the price
